The Platinum Split allows you to decide where the evaporator unit and the condensing unit will be located. The condensing unit can be located up to 100 ft. away from the evaporator unit. The evaporator unit will be mounted in the cellar or it can also be located nearby with ducting.

The Quantum Series cooling systems are designed to handle larger and more challenging wine cellars. The Quantum cooling unit is one of the highest-capacity series units that we offer. This split system includes multiple ducting options allowing for ease and flexibility of installation as well as accessibility. The air handler can be ducted up to 25 feet creating a virtually quiet cellar environment. The evaporator coil is coated with an electro-fin coating to minimize corrosion.

The Extreme Series offers complete installation flexibility. The unit can be installed fully ducted or through the wall, depending on your cellar design. In a fully ducted setup, both the evaporator and condenser can be ducted up to 25 feet away, keeping equipment hidden for a clean aesthetic. The 2500 Cabinet System has evolved into a unit capable of cooling at two different capacities with the flip of a switch. It now features centrifugal blowers for significantly quieter operation, with the evaporator blower offering adjustable medium and low-speed settings. The condenser (exhaust) blower has been upgraded to an ECM fan, which automatically adjusts its speed to maintain optimal airflow and efficiently dissipate heat. A series of strategically placed monitoring probes continuously track system performance to ensure long-term reliability and cooling efficiency. *Available exclusively as a replacement for existing Vinotheque Wine Cabinets. Proof of ownership, such as a serial number or photos of the cabinet, is required.

Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses short-wavelength ultraviolet (UV-C) light to kill microorganisms such as fungus, mold, mildew, and bacteria. The application of UV-C light to disinfect has been an accepted practice since the 1950s and is used in a variety of applications such as food, air, and water purification.
Note: Filters are only compatible with ducted models of Extreme 3500, 5000 and 8000.
Our exterior condenser housing protects the condenser portion of the split system from the elements when installed outdoors. Exterior Condenser Housing is used with the Platinum Mini Split, Ductless Platinum Split, and Ducted Platinum Split cooling units.
The condensate pump kit is designed as an automatic condensate removal pump for water dripping out of our cooling units’ drain line. The pump is controlled by a float/switch mechanism that turns the pump on when approximately 2-1/4” of water collects in the tank and automatically switches off when the tank drains to approximately 1-1/4”. The condensate pump kit allows the excess condensate to be pumped up to 20ft away from the unit.
When outside temperatures drop, the pressure in the system drops as well. This presents a challenge because our systems operate using a pump down cycle and use a low-pressure switch to turn the compressor on and off. However, when the temperature drops below 20°F, the pressure in the system is too low to start the compressor. The cold weather start kit bypasses the low-pressure switch on startup and uses heaters installed on the receiver to raise the pressure and allow the system to start.
Introducing the new PDT plus controller for use as a replacement for existing products in the field. In order to accommodate the new controller, we have enlarged the housing. The new housing is the same height and width, but is less then an inch deeper.
The controller utilizes the liquid measuring probe and defrost cycling feature.
The Exterior Grille protects the exhaust side of the system from the weather elements when installed through an exterior wall.
