RETURN & REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Thanks for shopping at WhisperKOOL. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the WhisperKOOL Online Store or on the phone with the WhisperKOOL Sales and Customer Satisfaction Team. We’ll refer to both as the “WhisperKOOL Store.”

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the WhisperKOOL Store. Remember that by placing an order or making a purchase at the WhisperKOOL Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with WhisperKOOL’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

RETURNS

All return inquiries must be within 90-days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (including customs fees and duties). Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
