I've had a SC3000i since 2018. It's been a great machine. Recently, the temperature… More has crept up and not been able to reach my 55 degree set point. After having a local tech come out and clean air filters and look at settings, they thought it might be temperature probe. I contacted WK Customer Service and the rep was able to locate my record and help me determine that the unit may need freon and/or a new evap coil. They also offered phone assist to a tech when on site, potentially saving me alot of money. I'm a happy customer. Never expected my unit to last forever and their ability to stand behind the unit is exceptional.
2025: Getting good response so far to a warranty claim for our 3-year-old WhisperKool Slimline… More LS Wine Cellar Cooling Unit, which is sounding a "COH" condenser coil temp above 145 deg" alarm. Sergio and Giovanni in the Vinotheque support department have referred us to local technicians here in central NC.
