SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

INTRODUCTION

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at the WhisperKOOL warehouse or have them delivered directly to your door. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

From the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price, the shipping cost, and estimated delivery date.

Please note: If you would like to ship your items to Alaska or Hawaii, you must contact us directly to place your order with a WhisperKOOL Specialist.

SHIPPING TIME

Your product will be shipped 2 – 3 business days from the day you place your order.

For expedited shipping, you may contact us Support@whisperkool.com for an updated shipping price and shipping time.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order by email. The order acknowledgment email provides a summary of the items in your order.

If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgment will display the delivery address and delivery date. For pickup items, the email will display the WhisperKOOL warehouse location.

PICKUP NOTIFICATION AND REMINDER

Once your items are available at the WhisperKOOL warehouse, we’ll send a pickup notification email.

We’ll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION

If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. You can click the link included in the notification to enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website and track your package.

SHIPPING DAMAGES

We have spent much time developing a solid packaging solution to make sure your unit arrives at your door unharmed, damage during shipping can still happen and we aim to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

When receiving your package, you must inspect the packaging for any visual damage (smashed corners, holes, etc.). If any is found, contact our customer service at Support@whisperkool.com.

Freight damage claims cannot be filed after 30-days of delivery, we recommend having the unit inspected prior to installation if scheduled outside of that time period.

ORDERING IN THE U.S.

Items purchased online from WhisperKOOL ship within 48 states of the continental US.

Please contact us directly if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.

No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from WhisperKOOL.
